Field work of the “EMSTF Customer Opinion Survey 2008” was completed in April 2008, thanks to the suppport of client departments. The consultant is now conducting data compilation and analysis and the final report is due in July.

Response rate this year was good, at over 40%, thanks to your generous support and cooperation. We believe that open communication with customers is the way to further enhance our service standards and quality.
