Recall of "JEBO" Aquarium Lighting
Carkey Aquarium Limited announced a recall of ¡§JEBO¡¨ aquarium lighting. The ¡§JEBO¡¨ aquarium lighting, which need to be recalled, with the model nos. R331, R338, R352KG, R362KG and R375KG were supplied to the local market between May 2005 and November 2007. The internal ballasts of aquarium lighting might have overheating problem during use, posing a risk of fire hazard to users. Consumers are advised to stop using the aquarium lighting immediately and return them to the supplier for refund as soon as possible. The Awards Presentation Ceremony of the ¡§The 2nd Hong Kong Energy Efficiency Awards¡¨, organised by the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, was held at Plaza Hollywood, Diamond Hill on 10 March 2008. Mr Edward YAU Tang-wah, JP, Secretary for the Environment, had officiated at the Ceremony.
Target participants of the competition were the commercial and residential buildings developed by or under the management of the Hong Kong Housing Authority, Hong Kong Housing Society, The Link Management Limited and the Urban Renewal Authority or their property management agents.

Recall of Powerline Ethernet Adapters
Netgear, Inc., announced a recall of a model of Netgear Powerline Ethernet Adapters. The Powerline Ethernet Adapters, which need to be recalled with the model no. XE103, were supplied to the local market between July 2006 and November 2007. These Powerline Ethernet Adapters might malfunction in 220-240 volt, causing the product to stop working and potentially overheat under internal component fault.
